January 14: Six-week here:now series begins at The Frye Art Museum

This six-session class offers conversation-based gallery tours and studio art-making experiences for individuals with dementia and their care partners. Art-making in the Frye Studio led by Elderwise Creative Programming Director, Tamara Keefe, encourages experimentation with various media including watercolor paint, clay, and collage. The January 28 session features artist Jessika Kenney of the exhibition Anchor Zero, on view January 10–February 1, 2015. Kenney will lead the art-making activity as part of her engagement with the Frye during her exhibition.
