Watercolor Mondays

Back by popular demand, we will have a new watercolor series. Experience the therapeutic benefits and joy of artistic expression by joining our new series of watercolor classes. All artistic experience levels are welcome to find your hidden expressions and to expand your creative horizons.

 

Mondays:   October 5, 12, 19, 26 and November 2, 9                   10 am to 12 pm

Creative Writing Workshop for Caregivers

Monday, November 16th  from12:30 to 3 pm at Elderwise

Facilitated by Northwest poet Holly J. Hughes

Free of charge

Conscious Aging Meetings

We meet regularly to deeply explore our experiences with aging. Using the Sage-ing Guild® model and the visionary “eldering” work of Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, we will share our insights, engage in experiential exercises and seek to grow.
